1. About us
This website, www.dryanlabs.com (the “Website”), is operated by DR YAN LABS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (DR YAN LABS Ltd.), with its registered office at ul. Św. Wawrzyńca 1a/1, 60-539 Poznań, Poland, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001093821, REGON 528057617, VAT (NIP) 7812067104 (“Dr Yan Labs”, “we”, “us”, the “Provider”).

2. What these Terms cover
These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the Website and the free electronic services offered through it. They are the terms of service referred to in Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.
The Website is currently an informational and business-to-business platform, together with an educational community (Dr Yan’s Health Club). We do not sell products online through the Website at this time. Supply of ingredients to business partners is arranged individually (see section 6). If we launch online sales in the future, separate terms of sale will apply and will be published on the Website.
3. Definitions
- User — anyone who uses the Website.
- Provider / we — DR YAN LABS Ltd., as identified in section 1.
- Electronic Services — the free services we provide through the Website: access to content, the contact/inquiry forms, and the Newsletter / Health Club.
- Newsletter — the email service described in section 5.3.
- Privacy Policy — our privacy policy, available on the Website.
4. Using the Website
4.1 Using the Website requires a device with internet access and a standard web browser; some features require cookies and an email address.
4.2 The User agrees to use the Website lawfully and in good faith, and in particular not to: provide unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others; disrupt the operation of the Website; or send unsolicited commercial communication (spam) through it.
4.3 We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep the Website secure. We may restrict or suspend a User’s access, with immediate effect, if the User breaches these Terms or applicable law.
4.4 The Website uses cookies. The User can manage cookies in their browser and through our cookie consent settings. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
5. Electronic Services we provide
5.1 Information and content. We provide access to information about our company, ingredients and related science. This content is for general information and, where it concerns scientific research, is educational; it is not a health, medical or product claim, and it is not professional advice.
5.2 Contact and B2B inquiries. You can contact us through the forms or by email. We use the data you provide to respond to your inquiry, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5.3 Newsletter / Dr Yan’s Health Club. If you give consent, we provide a free Newsletter, sent to the email address you supply, for an indefinite period. It contains educational content, brand updates, and information about our future consumer products and any related benefits. You can unsubscribe at any time, at no cost, using the link in each email or by writing to info@dryanlabs.com. Consent to the Newsletter is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
6. Business (B2B) supply
The Website presents our ingredients and capabilities, but purchase orders are not concluded through the Website. Supply of ingredients, samples and documentation to businesses is arranged individually and is subject to separate agreements and commercial terms agreed between us and the partner. Nothing on the Website is a binding offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, the Dr Yan Labs name and trademarks, layout, software and databases, belongs to the Provider or is used with permission, and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our prior written consent.
8. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act. Full details, including legal bases, retention and your rights, are in our Privacy Policy, available on the Website.
9. Complaints about the Electronic Services
9.1 If you notice a problem with the Website or the Electronic Services, please tell us at info@dryanlabs.com, describing your name, contact address, and the nature and date of the issue.
9.2 We will handle each complaint within 14 days; if that is not possible, we will inform you within that time when it will be resolved.
10. Consumers: dispute resolution
10.1 A consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. Information is available from consumer ombudsmen and the Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection, and via the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK): uokik.gov.pl.
10.2 An EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumer disputes is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
11.1 These Terms and any agreements based on them are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
11.2 Disputes with a User who is not a consumer are subject to the courts competent for the Provider’s registered office. Disputes with a consumer are subject to the courts determined by the applicable rules of civil procedure.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms for legal, technical or business reasons, including when we launch online sales. The current version is always available on the Website, with the effective date above.
13. Final provisions
Matters not covered here are governed by the Polish Civil Code, the Act on Consumer Rights, the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, and other applicable provisions of Polish law.
